Frédéric Lafond has won the 2022 Bélanger Sauvé Prize

Frédéric Lafond, a law student at the Université de Montréal, has won the Bélanger Sauvé Prize awarded annually for excellence in administrative law.
The prize, instituted in 1990, includes an award of $1,500.
