Bhushan Ramdani appointed Coordinator of the IT Department

Pierre Moreau, Bélanger Sauvé’s Managing Partner and Member of the Executive Committee is pleased to announce the appointment of Bhushan Ramdani as Coordinator of the firm’s IT Department.  Mr. Ramdani took up that position on September 21, 2022.

Having worked for over 10 years in IT, Bhushan Ramdani acquired extensive experience in network architecture design and administration. He also has solid skills in implementing best-in-class IT security policies and designing effective, sustainable and innovative solutions to optimize user experience and system performance. 

Fine-tuned expertise

Bhushan Ramdani has a degree in Computer Science from Curtin University, a leading Australian information technologies university.

In the two years prior to joining Bélanger Sauvé, he worked as IT manager at the Holiday Inn Hotel at the Mauritius Island Airport, where he defined the architecture and implementation strategy for the hotel’s new IT infrastructure.

Mr. Ramdani initially joined Bélanger Sauvé as a computer technician in 2017, and then rose through the ranks of the firm’s administration. In the last six years, he put in place several structures that ensured the security of Bélanger Sauvé’s IT systems, and implemented a number of platforms designed to facilitate telecommuting. Mr. Ramdani is highly regarded for his commitment to the Bélanger Sauvé team and its mission. 

Identifying and understanding issues

Mr. Ramdani has a finely honed sense of customer service and pays particular attention to the stated needs of the firm and its those of its individual members. He is widely recognized for his ability to anticipate and identify issues involving his field of expertise, and for making sound recommendations geared to improving the firm’s efficiency and profitability and  enhancing its reputation. Over the years, Mr. Ramdani has succeeded in surrounding himself with effective and efficient internal and external colleagues and collaborators.

As Coordinator of the IT Department, he will be responsible for managing the department based on the requirements of Bélanger Sauvé and of its three offices in Montréal, Trois-Rivières and Joliette. He will also oversee the firm’s digital transformation project.
