Jérémy Dyck joined the Administrative Law section in 2019 after articling with the firm. He advises and represents municipalities and individuals in various municipal law, administrative law and expropriation matters and disputes.

In his spare time, Mtre Dyck is passionate about music and trail running. He holds a BA in Music from McGill University and, before studying law, was a member of the National Youth Orchestra of Canada and the Orchestre Symphonique des Jeunes de Montréal. He has run the Scotiabank Half-Marathon, the Mont Sutton X-trail and the Mount Royal Marathon, and participated in the Ultra-Trail Harricana of Canada.

Represents municipalities in applications to order the cessation of a non-conforming use or construction.

Represents clients in applications for judicial review.

Advises clients on a variety of issues, including land use planning and development, acquired rights, access to information, contracts and real rights.

Represents municipalities in Municipal Court and in appeals of Municipal Court decisions.
