Isabelle Mailhot as a lawyer with our Business and Corporate Law team with our Trois-Rivières office.
Ms. Mailhot holds a law degree from Université de Sherbrooke and has over 25 years’ experience practising in various areas of law. As a regular part of her practice, she negotiates, supports and advises businesses in their acquisition and sale processes and in their corporate restructuring efforts. To ensure the success of the matters entrusted to her, Ms. Mailhot works closely with tax specialists, accountants, notaries and financial institutions.
Ms. Mailhot has exceptional abilities in analysis and synthesis, superior planning and organizational skills, and is able to efficiently and effectively manages several mandates concurrently. She maintains a commitment as an active participant in the Trois-Rivières community. Notably, in 2001, she founded the Regroupement des femmes de carrière de la Mauricie.
