New articling student at the firm

Table of Contents

Bélanger Sauvé is delighted to welcome Morgane Clavet-Hétu, a law student, who will begin articling with our Montreal team on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. For the next six months, she will have the opportunity to apply her skills and draw on the expertise of the firm’s seasoned lawyers.

A graduate of the Université du Québec à Montréal with a bachelor’s degree in law, Ms. Clavet-Hétu recently completed the École du Barreau exams and the practical component of the professional training program. She acquired invaluable experience as a legal assistant at André R. Dorais Avocats, where she was involved in various tasks such as drafting legal documents and doing legal research. Her involvement with the Quebec Innocence Project and her research mission for Mtre Shaun E. Finn, now the Honorable Shaun E. Finn J.C.S., are a testament to her commitment to the law.

“During the interview process, I was impressed by the obvious passion for the law shared by the lawyers I met, as well as by the firm’s culture. I’m very grateful to have the opportunity to begin my professional career in such a stimulating work environment with varied practice areas.”

Ms. Clavet-Hétu is interested in several areas of law, including commercial law and employment law, that closely match her skills and professional goals.
