Pierre Moreau, Managing Partner and member of Bélanger Sauvé’s Executive Committee is pleased to announce the appointment of Mtre Béatrice Labrie as a lawyer with our firm.

Béatrice Labrie joined our Municipal Law Group on December 16, 2024, following successful completion of the École du Barreau professional training program with us.

Ms. Labrie holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Université de Montréal, and for one semester was an exchange student at University College Cork in Ireland. During her law studies, Ms. Labrie broadened her experience by working for the Commission des normes du travail de la CNESST and volunteering in a legal clinic dedicated to business start-ups.

Now that I’ve been sworn in, I’m especially pleased to be joining the municipal law team at Bélanger Sauvé. During my Barreau articling period I had the opportunity to discover this area of the law with experienced practitioners in a firm that offers a truly enriching learning environment. I’m very excited and grateful to be able to begin practicing with this law firm and to continue my professional development under their guidance.”

We are especially pleased that Mtre Labrie has decided to begin her career with us.
