Patricia Tourigny joined the Trois-Rivières office in 2006. She has more than 20 years of experience in business and corporate law, including business acquisitions and sales, succession, corporate finance and venture capital, corporate organization and reorganization, and drafting shareholder agreements and corporate and commercial contracts.

Mtre Tourigny serves a broad range of clients, including large businesses, SMEs, financial institutions and institutional investors. She works closely with her clients’ specialist advisors, such as accountants and tax specialists.
