Marie Dominique Fraser joined the Labour Law section in 2019, bringing previous experience in labour law and civil litigation.
She advises and supports employers in a range of labour relations, occupational health and safety, and pay equity matters. She also conducts research, drafts legal opinions, prepares cases and represents clients before labour tribunals and civil courts.
