Kathleen Rouillard joined the Trois-Rivières office in 2001 and focuses her practice on labour and employment law. She advises employers on individual and collective labour relations in disciplinary and normative matters, acts as chief spokesperson for private and public sector employers in bargaining to institute or renew collective agreements, and sits on several labour relations committees in an advisory capacity.

Mtre Rouillard also acts for clients in dispute and grievance arbitration and appears before the ordinary courts and the Tribunal administratif du travail (TAT).

She drafts employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, service contracts, and corporate policies and handbooks.
