Lawyer Card

Erik P. Masse is a highly experienced lawyer whose practice is focussed primarily on insurance law, particularly in the area of civil liability, including general liability, errors and omissions and manufacturer’s liability.

For a significant number of insurers Mtre Masse is the lawyer of choice to represent and defend their interests and those of their clients before the courts.

Mtre Masse is a licensed private pilot, hence his professional interest in the area of aviation liability and property claims arising under the Canadian Aviation Regulations or other statutes. He routinely acts for aviation carriers and operators in civil liability disputes and related matters.

In addition to specializing in insurance law, Mtre Masse has extensive experience in commercial and real estate litigation and shareholder disputes.

Erik P. Masse became partner at Bélanger Sauvé in 2005. In that role, he is called upon to mentor junior lawyers in the Insurance and Civil Litigation Group, who can benefit from his considerable experience as they develop their own practice.
